“I had my old garage door replaced by a Trojon Roller Garage Door. I arranged an appointment for Joe to visit to talk through my options, and to survey my current garage door to recommend a suitable replacement. Joe was on time, polite and certainly knew his product, I had done extensive homework in to all types of Roller Doors and listening to Joe talk through my options it was clear to me that I was getting a very honest and realistic opinion, I didn’t want cheap and cheerful, I wanted the best quality at a fair price and that is what I signed up for. On the day the team arrived to fit the new roller door, they were on time, courteous and very professional, that gave me a really good feeling the installation would be a success, which it certainly was, both guys were top class to deal with and completed the job on time and let no mess whatsoever behind them. “In looking to buy an all electric car with a 300+ range, I found that my “two door” double garage was not suitable and needed converting into a double garage with a wide single door. I was initially looking for a garage door company (or a builder) who would take on the whole job but after an initial discussion with Joe at Worcester Garage Doors I looked at contracting for the building work and the door from different companies. Joe quickly arranged for an initial outline and described in detail how I could manage the project with him and the builder to avoid problems. He gave me a competitive quote and agreed to have an on-site meeting with my builder before the work started to ensure that there would be no unexpected issues. The building work was done on the Friday, Joe surveyed on the following Monday, and the new door was fitted on the Thursday. Joe’s effort in liaising with my builder was first class and made a major contribution to the efficiency and success of the whole project. “We were lucky to get a colour we liked from the range and were encouraged when we asked to see a similar installation locally, after which we then decided to go ahead with the order. We ordered and were given an installation date and time. The installation went ahead to suit us, as planned with the minimum disturbance. The old door and surround was taken away and disposed of, and on completion, everything was left clean and tidy. “From an initial phone call when my garage was only at foundation stage of being built I found Joe at Worcester Garage Doors to be very knowledgeable and honest. He talked me through the stages of the build and when best to contact him again to arrange a survey. This I did, and on the agreed date of the survey, Joe arrived at the same time as the concrete lorry was pouring the floor of the garage into position! This did not faze Joe, who took initial measurements and returned the following day to double-check for complete accuracy. The quotation was agreed, and although the manufacturer was still on Covid lockdown – Joe was very honest about timescales. Within a couple of weeks, Joe confirmed the delivery date and time, which was much sooner than anticipated. Joe continued to keep me informed and arrived with the fitter. The quality and neatness of the door is superb – and has enhanced the appearance of our house – the colour of the door matches completely with our front door and even the top of the door frame is matched in the same colour. Needless to say we are DELIGHTED with the end product so if you are looking for a quality roller shutter door, do not bother considering anywhere else – go direct to Worcester Garage Doors!”

“Worcester Garage Doors were fantastic from start to finish. Joe came and did a thorough survey and explained all of the options without the hard sell. We had the quote within a couple of days and were very happy with the price. Joe kept us updated whilst we were waiting for the door to be ready and contacted us before the fitting day to make sure we were ready. On the day they turned up exactly when they said they would and had the old door out and the new one fitted without any problems. The best thing was that it just plugged into an existing electrical socket, so no extra wiring was required. They even sorted out a piece of facia on the front of the garage to match the door, and spent the time making sure they were happy with the finish. Joe went through the operation of the door and made sure we were ok with it before leaving. Excellent service throughout. The door looks fantastic and was the finishing touch to the house.
